We bring furniture, televisions, projectors and other equipment to the venue, assemble and install them ready for use and take the packaging waste away with us. After the event we dismantle and return everything.
New desks for a school, a screen for the office meeting room or furniture for a trade-show stand rarely end up in place by themselves. We collect, transport, assemble and install them ready for use in a single visit, so the space is ready at the agreed time. The same team also handles the dismantling and return after the event.

Survey
Tell us what needs installing, where and when. Photos of the space and the items are enough; for larger jobs we visit the site.
Transport and installation
We collect the items, bring them to the venue and assemble and install them in the agreed place. Equipment is connected and tested before we leave.
Dismantling and return
After the event we dismantle, pack and return the items to storage or to the next venue.
What it costs
The price is based on working time and the number of movers, and transport is included in the hourly rate. The calculator on the home page gives you a price range straight away, and we send a confirmed quote within the same working day. The quote does not commit you to anything.
Frequently asked questions
Do you mount televisions and projectors on the wall?
Yes. We fix screens, televisions and projectors to the wall or a stand and connect them ready for use. Tell us the wall material in advance so we bring the right fixings.
Do you handle both the set-up and the take-down of an event?
Yes. We bring the items at the agreed time and come back to dismantle after the event. In between, the items can also stay in our storage.
How is the price worked out?
The price is based on working time and the number of movers, and transport is included in the hourly rate. After the survey we give a fixed quote, and the invoice goes directly to the school, municipality or company.
