What does a move cost?
No hidden costs: an hourly rate based on the number of movers, with transport included. Below you will find how our pricing works and three examples. Use the calculator for an accurate range for your own move; a confirmed quote follows within the same working day.
How our pricing works
- Two movers
- 120 € for the first hour, then 100 €/h. Transport in our moving van is included.
- One mover
- 60 € for the first hour, then 50 €/h. Transport included. Suits small loads and single items.
- Three movers
- 180 € for the first hour, then 150 €/h. For large homes and offices.
- Billing
- Minimum charge 1 h. Working time starts at the pick-up address and ends at the destination; the return journey is not charged. Weekend jobs carry a 15% surcharge.
- Floors without a lift
- Carrying time increases by about 12% per floor.
- Long distances
- For jobs over 100 km we apply a minimum journey price that covers fuel both ways. When the route is already being driven, a return load is cheaper.
- Special items
- Pianos, safes, aquariums and other special items are priced individually. Mention them in your quote request so the price is already included in the quote.
- Additional services
- Packing service 7 € per box, disassembly and assembly about 1.5 h of working time. Temporary storage 8 € per m³ and final cleaning 3.5 € per m², both at least 100 €.
Prices include VAT, the van, fuel and equipment. A confirmed quote is always based on more detailed information and does not commit you to anything.

How to make your move cheaper
- Pack the boxes in advance and disassemble what furniture you can, so the working time is shorter
- Choose a weekday; weekends carry a surcharge
- Ask about a return load if your move falls on the Kokkola–Vaasa–Helsinki route
- Send photos of the load so the quote is right first time
